A structured development path — mentors, systems, real client work, and a milestone-based 18–24 month framework — for people who want to build, not just work. Opportunity is real here. So is the bar.
Plenty of drive and nobody actually showing you how the operating side works.
The craft of running an agency isn't in a course. It's learned next to people doing it.
No milestones, no review points, no way to know whether you're actually closer.
Every year of effort makes an org chart above you more valuable.
Across a 18–24 month framework you learn the operating side from actual operators, sell and serve on real client work, and build against defined milestones — with feedback and evaluation at every stage.
You keep your income while you learn. Doors open through performance, not promises, and the bar is real on purpose.
Twenty years in this business, and the standard everything here runs on.
Runs the institution. The person you'll be talking to about what this looks like for you.
Owns positioning and go-to-market. Came up in media sales.
Runs operations. Your work becomes her team's problem, not your evening.
Video, audio, and the creative that carries a campaign.
Design across every channel, in-house.
Deployment, tracking, and the tech that used to eat your Fridays.
Looks after the accounts so nothing quietly slips.
Systems, craft, and The Standard — the operating side, from the inside.
Real relationships and real accountability, with people watching your back.
Owning outcomes and leading work, not just contributing to it.
The staged plan you've earned, on a timeline set by milestones.
No. This isn't a traditional job opportunity — it's a structured path to becoming a business owner. You'll continue building your current career while learning how to build your own book of business, think like an entrepreneur, and earn greater opportunities as you prove you're ready for them.
Yes — but ownership is earned, not promised. At FTE, ownership isn't a hiring incentive. It's earned through performance, trust, leadership, and consistently creating value for clients and the team. We believe people should participate in what they help build.
No. In fact, we don't want you to. The Future Builder program is designed to run alongside your current career. You'll continue earning a paycheck while developing the skills, relationships, and confidence needed to make the transition when the timing is right — not before.
Most builders should expect an 18–24 month journey. There isn't a calendar that determines when you're ready. Progress is based on milestones, not time served. Some people move faster, others take longer, but the goal is the same: build the foundation before making the leap.
That's okay. The purpose of the program is exploration, not pressure. If you decide entrepreneurship isn't the right path, you'll still gain valuable sales, leadership, and business skills that will benefit your career. We'd rather help you make the right decision than rush you into the wrong one.
You can — and many people try. The challenge isn't winning clients. It's everything that comes afterward: fulfillment, technology, finance, operations, hiring, AI, reporting, legal, and administration. FTE lets you focus on building relationships while plugging into an established infrastructure that's been refined over more than a decade. That dramatically lowers the risk and shortens the path to becoming an owner.
Operators — the FTE leadership and team who run client work, systems, and the business every day. You'll meet them during the evaluation process, and they'll be honest with you about fit in both directions.
Performance, coachability, a real learning commitment, and patience. This path rewards people who show up with an ownership mentality long before any ownership is on the table.
A real conversation about whether this is a fit — in both directions. No pressure, no obligation, and nothing about your current job changes because you asked.
Nothing you send here is shared outside FTE leadership. Or reach us directly at Adam@FutureFTE.com.
